Payment Methods
Wire transfer 50% in advance. Last 50% cash to the porperty
manager at check-in time.
Deposits
Renter will be responsible for any property damages. A secruity deposit
of $200.00 USD is required at the arrival.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of the
total wire transfer in advance amount, minus any wire transfer fees. No
refund for cancellations of less than 30 days.
