Hidden Worlds Adventure Park

More adventure awaits at Hidden Worlds Family Park, featuring zip-lines, cenote snorkeling and exploring the jungle. There are roller coasters, tours of the jungle and more. As you enter the park you sign in at the front desk then board a large dune buggy/tractor for a ride to the jungle. Your adventure begins with zip lines set at mid-tree level where you will glide through the trees. You will then go to the second zip-line with a splash landing, forward then backward, into a water filled cenote. You can also repel 40 feet back down into the cenote controlling the speed to go as fast or as slow as you want. The Avatar provides an exciting adventure. You trek through the jungle and climb a platform to mid-tree level. The ride consists of a metal bar that drops, rises and twists through the trees and then down into the cenote, eventually ending in the water. You are strapped onto the bar and hold a bicycle like handle and you are propelled through the path much like a roller coaster. After the Avatar you can swim in the cenote to explore the stalactite formations. Next you can relax on the Sky Cycle. You sit on a bicycle suspended on wires above the tree tops and pedal through the trees back and down and then up again and back on a different track. You can go at your own pace and stop to enjoy the view.

The Hidden Worlds Adventure Park is opened daily from 9:00 am to dark. Tours leave every 30 minutes beginning at 9:30 am, with the last tour leaving at 2:00 pm. Admission is $80.00 USD for adults, $60.00 USD for kids 5-12 and includes all adventures except the Sky Cycle. The Sky Cycle costs an extra $20 USD for adults and $6.00 USD for children. Hidden Worlds Adventure Park is located 30 minutes south of Playa del Carmen.
